Policies
POLICIES.
The rules every booking runs on. Booking and payment, cancellation, weather, equipment, and pets. Anything specific to your event is spelled out in the Service Agreement that comes with your quote.
BOOKING & PAYMENT.
- 50% deposit required to secure your date.
- Remaining 50% balance due day of event before setup begins.
- No minimum booking notice required.
CANCELLATION.
- 30+ days notice: deposit refunded in full.
- Under 30 days: deposit forfeited.
WEATHER.
- After Dusk Events makes the weather cancellation call, not the customer.
- If we cancel for weather: full refund.
- Customers cannot cancel on their own citing weather.
EQUIPMENT & DAMAGE.
- Customer is responsible for the full replacement or repair cost of any equipment damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
- Damage is assessed and documented on-site before teardown.
PETS.
- All pet waste must be cleaned up before our crew arrives.
- No pets allowed near the screen or projector during the event.
- Customer is responsible for any pet-related equipment damage.
